Common pricing questions
Is there really a free tier with no card required?
Yes. The free tier is 4 full scans per month on a single registered domain — no credit card, no trial expiry. We don't ask for payment information until you choose to upgrade.
What happens if I exceed my monthly scan allowance?
New scan attempts return a 402 with code `monthly_limit_reached` and a link to upgrade. Existing scan reports remain accessible. Your allowance refreshes on the next billing cycle for Pro/Agency, or the next calendar month for Free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard or by emailing support@seoxpert.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep feature access and remaining scans until then.
Do unused scans roll over to the next month?
No on Pro and Agency — both reset to your monthly allowance at each billing cycle for predictable capacity. Yes on the legacy monthly plans we retired in 2026 (existing customers grandfathered) and on one-time scan packs (which never expire).
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). EU SEPA Direct Debit for annual plans on request. We invoice in EUR; your bank may convert if billed in a different currency. EU business customers with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged.
